In the back of the case is a photographer's receipt and a original note, both identifying the photographer, J. P. Leisenring, location, and the date, November 14,1854 (though the date inside the case looks like 1851). The receipt will be put back in the case BEHIND the dag, where I found it. Original unbroken paper seals. The plate is in excellent condition I don't see any
